instead of whole wheat flour I used almond flour. These were easy to make. it was a little difficult to cut them in squares at the end since the dough tended to stick together, but after coming out of the oven they look, smell, and taste amazing. They were delicious.

Great recipe. Actually first try at scones and didn't realize they were so simple. Ready to start trying different deviations!
