- 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen, possibly a little more if frozen)
- 1 cup ice (topped up with water, no water and a little more ice if all fresh fruit)
- 2 tsp. honey (to taste)
- 1 oz. white rum (if making alcoholic version)
