I made some adjustments to the recipe, but it still turned out really good. I subbed half the flour for whole wheat, which made the bread a bit dense and it didn't rise as well, but the taste wasn't really affected. I may sub only 1/4 with the whole wheat next time. I also used lemon juice rather than OJ, as I had some leftover zested lemons to use up. The lemon flavor is very subtle, almost entirely masked by the blueberry (I used frozen; most of the sank). My last sub was coconut oil instead of veg; I melted it without getting it too hot, and it worked well in the recipe. Hope to make again.
