I think these turned out well. They are not super sweet, and they are an easy breakfast. Next time I will try replacing the egg with banana to make them vegan.

Were very bland... although I did not have the patience to the oat mixture sit in the fridge for 8-12 hours and I just threw all the ingredients together and put them in muffin tins to bake.. probably wouldn't make this again. To make myself basically choke these down I sprinkled with some brown sugar.
