Being that my young daughter made them , she gave 4/5 stars for flavor, texture and how easy they were to make. She did however add coconut and vanilla extract (instead of Orange). Only baked for 15min and they came out perfect!😋

They were delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness & moisture. I baked them for only 28 min though Because I only used 3 T butter (a piece of ripe banana was used for the other 2T), a sprinkling of salt could have been added. And since I didn’t have enough blueberries, I put 1/2c chopped strawberries into the batter. Delicious!

I used the Costco mixed frozen berries and did the recipe exactly as presented and it was great. The raspberries really were a great addition. I have yummed it for the future as they were tremendous. Whole family loved them.

The first time I made this, and not knowing the difference, I used steel cut oats!!! Epic fail. Chastened, I bought the "old - fashioned " type and everything turned out ..... beautifully. I did substitute lemon for the orange, having used my solitary orange up on the failing batch. Still delish!
