We love these! I make them about twice a week. They are easy, hearty, and make a great quick breakfast or afternoon snack. I use frozen berries so that I can make them whenever. I don’t even defrost and they turn out great! I have been making them with mixed berries lately and they’re really delicious. Thank you so much for the recipe!

These are great. Tasted almost like a scone. Batter doesn’t rise much so you can either have 12 big muffins or many more smaller ones.
