- 1 pinch salt
- 300 mL milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (bottled is fine)
- 90 grams melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 150 grams blueberries
- 50 grams butter
- 70 grams plain flour
- 25 grams demerara sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 grams chopped nuts (finely, I use pistachio, hazelnut and pecan)
- 12 muffin (hole, tin lined with 10 paper cases)
