A blueberry muffin made in a coffee mug with simple ingredients

- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/8 cup blueberries

Directions
- Add the flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder to your mug and mix together.
- Add in the vegetable oil and milk. Mix well to make sure you have scraped all the flour from the bottom of the mug.
- Add in the blueberries.
- Heat in the microwave for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes. Times will vary. My mug took exactly 2 minutes on high in our microwave, but I did keep an eye on it.
- Let cool a few minutes and enjoy!

This recipe is really wonderful. I used frozen blueberries and cooked mine for 90 seconds, stopped microwave for a few seconds to rest, then cooked for another 30 seconds. I added just a extra teaspoon of milk also.
