- 2 cups vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup TruRoots Organic Sprouted Quinoa (uncooked)
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel (finely)
- 1 cup blueberries

Directions
- COMBINE milk, quinoa and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to simmer. Cover and cook 15 to 18 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove saucepan from heat. Let stand covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
- STIR in maple syrup and lemon peel. Gently stir in blueberries.
