- 3 cups flour (all-purpose, divided)
- 2 cups frozen blueberries (or fresh)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. non fat lemon yogurt (carton, I use vanilla if I don’t have lemon on hand!)
