Delicious, very moist and fluffy. Did a few with the topping drizzled to cut down on the sugar

It was … different. They look great, but I struggled with the butter and milk and egg mixing. Milk too cold? Butter not soft enough? These steps were a little different than other recipes I’ve followed. And, to be transparent, I was making these for someone who doesn’t want sugar - I substituted with monk fruit, using half of what the recipe wanted for sugar. When they came out relatively flavorless, I reverted back to dipping them in sugar for the glaze. Edible, but I’ll use table sugar next time.

Great! Added cream cheese to the centre and made a lemon syrup and poured over the top.
