- 1 cup fresh blueberries (you can use frozen I just prefer fresh in this loaf)

Not much of a lemon flavor, but the texture was amazing! I ended up adding a lemon syrup to soak the loaf in and it made it much better. (Lemon syrup = powdered sugar & lemon juice). If I make this again, I would add more lemon juice to the batter.
