- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cut into bits)
- sauce (Blueberry)
- 4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen organic)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (Pure, organic)
- 1/4 cup water (adjust water amount according to preferred sauce consistency. Start with 1/4 Cup)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (adjust amount as needed to attain the preferred sauce consistency. Start with 2 Tablespoons and work up to 3 Tablespoons if you want it almost jam-like)

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (Pure, organic)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
