Happy Mother’s Day!
It turned out delicious! The best. I didn’t have the bread dough, so I had to make it. I searched in Yummly for ‘easy sweet bread dough’ ... then I didn’t have any pie filling but I did have a beautiful ripe mango - search: ‘mango pie filling’ - the rest is history! A lovely pastry for my wife on Mother’s Day!
