    It's a go to for me, especially after a trip home to the Berkshires where I pick fresh New England blueberries! So good, you can just eat it with a spoon!

    I followed the recipe but it was so vinegary I had to throw it out. If I dare try it again, I'm backing way off of the vinegar and maybe use a sweeter balsamic instead of cider.

    Great recipe -- a big hit at the party I went to over the 4th of July weekend. To save a little time, I used prepared crostinis from Whole Foods, and I could not find fresh Ricotta. Loved it!
