- 4 Tbsp. shredded carrot
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup gluten (free fruit/nut granola)
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. coconut butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup baking stevia (brown sugar, or honey for extra sweetness., optional)
- 1 batch spice (with Carrot, Flapjacked Mix versus the protein. It ROCKED!)

Pretty yum, although I used a bit too much coconut milk so it took longer to dry. I would use more oats next time
