- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup white rice flour (If grain free use almond flour or cassava flour)
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup butter oil (soft)
- 4 eggs (pastured)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup spread
- 2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (almond extract, would be fine too - the almond extract is so amazing though!)
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
