I noticed there were way too many eggs in this recipe, so I used only 2 eggs. this was a perfect amount. I think I will use granulated sugar next time because my batter was not thick and the berries dropped to the bottom when cooking. I used 1/2 cup almond flour with 3 tablespoons of monk fruit, 3 tablespoons butter and 1 tsp cinnamon for the topping. Turned out pretty good on flavor.
