    The almonds give the quinoa a nice crunch and the blueberries add a burst of sweet to this dish. One of my daughters added a dash of cinnamon, but i thought it was great without.

    Its like a lighter oatmeal! I love it and will make it again. I added a bit of cinnamon as well.
