    Great blueberry quick bread! I just made it this morning exactly as per the recipe except I reduced the sugar to 2/3 cup and baked it for 50 minutes. I make buttermilk by putting a tablespoon of vinegar into whatever milk I have on hand. Moist, sweet, very nice & easy!
