I've been trying to find a good smoothie recipe that my teenage son will also enjoy. This is the first one that I got a thumbs up from him. It's delicious.

This is delicious! I added a tsp of Vanilla and a splash of Rose Water and it looks and tastes spectacular yuuummm!!!! For 1 serving it was only 127 calories WOW!
