- 1 handful blueberries
- grapefruit (a handful of diced, skin removed if you really don't like the bitterness)
- 1 Tbsp. Linwoods Flaxseed (mix, flaxseed with cocoa and berries)
- 1/2 hemp seed (tbsp of Linwoods shelled)
- canela (a sprinkle of)
- 1 Tbsp. yoghurt (natural, if desired)
