- 1/2 lb. semi sweet chocolate (I used a mix of different dark chocolate)
- 5 egg yolks
- 4 Tbsp. espresso (I just brewed some strong coffee)
- 5 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. butter (– room temperature)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (– whipped soft, I ended up adding 1/4 c more cream)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (I added about 2 Tblsp since I used dark chocolate)
