  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
  • 3 tablespoons syrup (Boiled Apple Cider, I made my own but you can use this too)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar (optional, I didn't use any)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
