- corn tortillas (blue, or regular corn tortillas)
- 2 chili peppers (Morita, seeded, or chipotle chilies)
- 1 chili pepper (arbol)
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 green tomatoes
- salt
- vegetable oil
- 250 grams mushrooms (sliced)
- refried beans
- oaxaca cheese (in strings, or Italian-style mozzarella)

Directions
- Heat the tortillas on a griddle until they are slightly crispy.
- Roast the chilies, garlic, and tomatoes on a griddle. Add the ingredients to a blender, including salt to taste, and puree until smooth.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the mushrooms, and cook until golden brown. Add the tomato sauce and let it boil for 3 minutes.
- To plate, place a tortilla on a plate. Spread some refried beans on the tortilla. Add the mushrooms in sauce and Oaxaca cheese on top.
