Great recipe! I didn’t have buttermilk so I used greek yogurt mixed with a bit of filtered water to get to the consistency I wanted. Will make again.

Best blue cheese dressing ever! You can make it thinner or thicker but it’s plain awesome!

Needs more buttermilk, sour cream, then more salt and lemon juice. Taste for more pepper.

Amazing! I added more buttermilk since I like a thinner dressing. Even my kids like it!
