I loved this salad. It was a shake up from my usual salad. I used another Yummly recipe for Lemon Vinegarette and they went together perfectly. I liked the addition of homemade croutons (I‘ll do this myself from now on!) but I used sourdough instead and they were awesome.

This was a nice, light, tasty salad to eat on a warmer day! Only change I’d suggest is using sun dried tomatoes to add a little more crunch.

I used oil and tarragon vinegar as the dressing. And seasoned it with Nature's Seasons. It was fantastic.
