- 7 oz. feta (barrel-aged)
- 7 oz. stilton (or other blue cheese)
- 7 oz. goat's cheese
- 6 Tbsp. butter (melted, or more to taste)
- olive oil (Generous amount of, to drizzle, or more melted butter)
- sea salt crystals (smoked)
- ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1 handful chopped fresh herbs (I used parsley)
- 3 slices pancetta (made this for vegetarian friends so didn't use)
- minced garlic (or garlic paste, didn't use)
- 1 loaf sourdough bread (homemade or store bought)
