These were pretty tasty! Made these with a gluten free flour replacement and they turned out great. I think next time, I will try to brown the butter, and perhaps add salted caramel or butterscotch chips. (I added mini Kisses and topped with a whiskey caramel sauce this time.)

I used this recipe with light brown sugar and a couple bananas, the consistency ended up a little off, but that's just because of the bananas. It's a nice, basic recipe to mess around with.

Only had light brown sugar on hand, but still tasted good because we used bourbon vanilla and browned the butter!

These Blondies were just what I expected from what the ingredients were. I used light brown sugar and no butterscotch chips, which are very sweet, in case you thought they were too sweet. I added lots of chopped walnuts instead. The Blondies were done in exactly 25 minutes and they came out chewy in the center. Just like we enjoy them. There are many ways you can sweeten or unsweetened them...it’s just a matter of taste, I guess. The white chips sound delish. I’ll try them the next time. For the people who felt they were overdone, it might be your oven...I had to have mine recalibrated twice already.

perfect moist and full of flavor. just add twice the quantity of vanilla. i will definitely going to make them again
