    I live in Nashville Tennessee, and, there is NOTHING that can replace a Tennessee homegrown tomato---instead of cherry tomatoes, use a Tennessee bradley or heirloom tomato---will be 10 times better--however, this is a great combination and substitute!!!

    Fantastic recipe! This is amazingly delicious :)...variation I used - whole grain toast, mayo, whole grain mustard, blistered cocktail tomatoes on the vine
