It turned out very well! Personally, I should have added a bit more cayenne.

Watch out how much lemon juice you use. I used one lemon and it was entirely too much.

Turned out well. Used making a small cup Ninja blender attachment. Consistency was perfect and the taste was good. Halved the recipe as much as possible and no ill effects. Used on poached eggs but will get adventurous for asparagus and other dishes.
