I made it in the airfryer and it tasted really good. I swapped the maple syrup out for stevia so my mixture ended up a little thicker. I did end up adding more milk because my blender just couldn't seem to blend it all. So if you swap the syrup for a non-liquid i recommend adding more milk until it becomes smooth. I also didn't have baking soda but just baking powder seemed to do the job just fine. I'd definitely make this again for a healthy but tasty breakfast option or dessert!

thank you. mine just came out of the oven. this is a great recipe, for those overripe bananas. So easy & good!
i also added some dried cranberries & sliced almonds as a stir in. i will definitely be using this recipe again. 😊
