    The zucchini was a nightmare! I don’t know where the creator lives but zucchini doesn’t come that long in these parts! It completely fell apart going into the pan and became a sloppy mess. Taste was ok

    I blame operator-error but after 30 minutes of trying to wrap zucchini around the fish, I gave up and just threw eerything in the pot. Tasted fine but not a recipe for the inexperienced zucchini wrapper!

    The flavor was great and very moist. Had trouble getting the zucchini to stick though.
