Super easy to make! I used smoked paprika, chili powder, and cayenne in the blackened seasoning. Also I made 1.5 as much seasoning in total since I had large pieces of fish. Family really liked it. Said that the spice blend was a perfect mix, with nothing overwhelming. I'd recommend it with a grilled or roasted vegetable as a side.

It was super quick and most importantly, super delicious! I pretty much followed the recipe and it turned out great. I did broil it in the oven.

Sooo good! The tilapia really does cook under the broiler in 4 minutes on each side. Fish was flaky and moist! We will make this again and again!

It was tasty, you can be creative with the spices to add your own special flare. Do not omit the brown sugar as it is the staple of a blackened fish recipe. The seasoning mix is only good for two tilapia filets, max. Double the recipe for 4 tilapia filets.

So good!! I used a little less cumin than the recipe called for but this was one of the best tilapia recipes I’ve tried!

This recipe turned out great! It’s quite easy and simple to make, and adding some seasoning makes it all the more delicious! This is also amazing with garlic cheese shells. :) Thank you for the recipe! Also, we omitted the brown sugar and replaced garlic powder with minced garlic since we didn’t have those in hand.

I tried this tilapia recipe recently and it was pretty good. I loved the concept of cooking the lemons with the fish and I really liked that lemony flavor in the resulting dish. I would definitely make this one again.

Super easy and tasty! I used the oven method so it doesn’t get as much of a crisp, but still delicious. I made 4 pieces of tilapia and had to double the seasonings to have enough. Pairs nicely with potatoes.

I really liked the recipe, super easy and tasty. Next time will add more spices though. I used only 3 pieces of fish but the taste of spices was not strong enough for me.

This dish was lovely, only uesd 4 pieces of fish. I also juiced the lime in the pan as the fish cooked. Served with yukon gold potatoes seasoned with salt & pepper

I'm on an intermittent fasting diet and tilapia is great for losing weight. I cook this recipe regularly so I mix up a batch of rub and keep it stored in a small jar.

Spicy for our taste, but it was good!! We followed the exact recipe, but only made two fillets. The cumin is definitely strong.
