    Instead of cayenne we used garlic powder. Fish came out great tasting

    Made the seasoning and cooked a nice stringer of Redfish the first time. Nailed it! I have since made large batches of the stuff to send to friends and family as gifts. Can't go wrong with the stuff. Blackened chicken alfredo to Blackened fish tacos. You can even hold back some or add more of the cayenne for the extra zip.
    I made it for Basa and it was awesome!!
