Pretty good. A bit SPICY, I would not recommend a whole tablespoon of cayenne pepper.

It was okay, I didn’t like how this tasted with Salmon- I think it’ll taste better on a white fish

I make seared salmon all the time so it’s nice to try something that enhances - I like the blend of spices. definitely make it in a cast iron skillet

Great taste! I only used half of the cayenne, but husband said it was still too hot. Will definitely make again.

It was good, could use a little bit more salt. I doubled the batch so I'd have some later. Overall I'll make this again

It was good, just a bit too spicy. I will make it again, but cut back on the cayenne.

I've made the dish before and it was spicier than I remembered but still delicious.

Came out great. Was trying to cook and do something as well.. almost over cooked it.. you have to really pay attention. It cooks very fast. 2-3 mins.. the bf is not big on spicy food and didn’t use as much cayenne pepper but it still turned out great. Will make again

I have been looking for a spice mixture for blackened catfish, salmon or chicken, and this recipe did that. I'll be making a bigger batch again real soon. BTW, I made this with salmon, served with jasmine rice and a 4-leaf salad (baby kale, baby spinach, cress and arugula with a touch of oil and balsamic vinegar). Num num num...😋💦💦

Turned out great! Only adjustment I made was using half the recommend amount of cayenne pepper...and it still had plenty of kick!
Will make again.
