    This was very good. i had two snapper filets, but since my family eats a lot, I added a piece of salmon and used the same seasoning. I prepared the fish in a cast iron skillet on the stove. Note: you can cut the lemon butter ingredients in half. The directions as is, make way too much.

    I used rockfish instead and considering this was my first time ever preparing rockfish or blackening fish on my own... gotta say it was deee-licious! My family ate every bit and they are not big fish lovers. Also, I was out of paprika and used smoked paprika in its place... yum!
