super super good. it practically transports u too hawaii. personally i’ll use less of the spices next time cause it was very hot. make sure to only use like a teaspoon for salt and pepper though , it definitely should not be tablespoons.

For the love of all things holy... Do NOT use 2 TBS of salt... We used 1 TB of salt and it was still way too salty! I would suggest 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper. And mayhe reduce the cayenne unless spicy is your thing.

Delicious! Make sure to add the pineapple. This recipe would work amazing for fish tacos too.

Wonderful flavored. I made a big batch of the seasoning and use it on shrimp & pork chops.

It was it as a little bit too hot and salty I would use half the amount of cayenne pepper and salt

We liked it but used only a teaspoon of salt and next time we would reduce the cayenne by 1/2. We love heat but it doesn’t always love us back.

Wayyy too salty! Probably good if I cut the salt in half! I also used kosher salt, so definitely don't make that mistake

Made this for a quick dinner for me and the hubby. Turned out well, I didn't grill it I pan seared it and it was sooo spicy and flavorful. I used a bit more cayenne and served it with rice and black beans with chipotle sauce.
