Awesome! I halved the salt, and reduced the cayenne pepper by about a quarter of what it asked, and it was still a bit spicy, so will be reducing it by half. I like heat, but I’d rather enjoy the taste of the fish more than the taste of hot spices.

Delicious! Spicy, flavorful and easy to prepare. I made extra creole seasoning to use on other foods.

It turned out well. It was easy and flavourful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the seasoning did come off...which is fine because it still was good. It was just a pain to get off the pan. This recipe is on the spicier side. If you enjoy the heat, it would be medium in my opinion. If you dislike spicy food, omit or reduce the cayenne and it should be fine.

Tasted great overall! But I t was a little too spicy for some members of my family and the spice mix sort of comes off in the pan. Would totally make this again with less spices.
