SO GOOD! Even my husband who doesn’t liked ramen thought it was excellent! Might need to half the siracha for the kiddo next time. Added celery to veggies, and used frozen spinach instead of kale, half the garlic, and only 2 pkgs of noodles as suggested by someone else. Simple and delicious! (And I was so impressed it looked just like the picture!)

Was really flavorful but too many ramen noodles. One probably would have been enough. Three packs was way too many.
