👍🏼👌🏼 was very good, I doubled the recipe, and replaced half the paprika with Zatarain’s brand blackened seasoning and I think it was a good choice. I also cooked onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in the leftover oils and juices of the chicken and served it over white rice 💪🏼

Easy peasey! I used thin-sliced chicken breasts so I didn't have to worry about them drying out when cooking to done.

Really good. I substituted the paprika with cayenne pepper for a little more kick (only used a little cayenne). After I blackened both sides in the pan, I took it out the pan, wrapped in foil, and cooked in the oven at 275 degrees for about 10 minutes for the chicken to continue cooking inside while keeping it juicy.
