OH MY GOODNESS! YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS! Best recipe I've found in a LONG time. This is a must and will be a recipe I revisit often!

This recipe was awesome! I was looking for something easy and fresh for summertime week night. Fast and flavorful! I recommend you try it!

Made this recently for family and we all loved it. Was surprised at the huge quantity of salsa we ended up with (however this may have been my own miscalculation) but we couldn’t complain because it made for tasty leftover wraps the next day! Will definitely make it again

Tasted great. I would add line juice to the salsa though. Cooking the shrimp requires less oil. I used avocado oil.

These were delicious!
Only note - the directions are missing where to add the lime juice. I added it into the avocado salsa and it was fabulous! I’d highly suggest doing the same!
We also substituted Pink Himalayan Sea Salt instead of regular salt and left it sitting on the counter for a couple of hours before adding the avocado so the flavors could all absorb nicely.
