- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 apple (cored)
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (*, I used Young Living's Vanilla Spice Pure Protein Complete + Nutiva Hemp Protein)
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter (organic, or whatever nut butter you prefer)
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin (grass-fed collagen hydrolysate, optional - I used THIS)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk (full-fat canned, OR homemade coconut milk, optional - for extra creaminess)
- almond milk
- water
- ice (if you like your smoothies cold)
- 3 tsp. vanilla extract (homemade, vanilla bean powder, or even a tidbit of paste scraped directly out of a fresh vanilla bean pod instead.)
- ground cinnamon
- shredded unsweetened coconut
