- 1/2 cup blackberries (fresh, smashed)
- 1 cup Parmesan (shredded)
- 1 cup swiss cheese (or mozzarella, shredded)
- 3/4 cup ricotta
- 1/2 cup blackberries (whole)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (more to taste)
- ground pepper (to taste, I like lots)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped)

Amazing! Pizza was soooo good and was picture worthy. Followed the exact bake time and ingredients without the green onions.

This pizza turned out pretty good. The only thing was that although I cooked it for the max time suggested (10 min) the top of the crust was a bit soggy. I'm not sure if this was due to the toppings or not. I also put less Parmesan cheese than suggested only about 1/2 cup. I will definitely try it again but maybe with a longer cooking time or cooking the dough for a few minutes then putting the toppings and continue cooking to see if that helps with the slight sogginess.
