- buckwheat flour (for dusting)
- 1 Tbsp. milk (or cream, for brushing the dough)
- 1 Tbsp. coarse sugar (turbinado or demerara)
- 2 3/4 lb. peaches (ripe but firm, or nectarines, about 5 medium, halved, pitted, cut into wedges, 4-5 cups)
- 3 cups blackberries
- 1/4 cup cane sugar (organic granulated)
