- 1/4 cup kosher salt

- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- rub (Pork Tenderloin)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper (freshly)
- 1 tsp. salt
- glaze (Blackberry Hoisin Ginger)
- 1/2 cup preserves (blackberry)
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (I use this one found in the Asian section of any grocery store)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. ginger (freshly grated, depending on your ginger love, I use 2)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- scallions
