This made plenty of icing for 24 cupcakes. It's a good recipe with two minor issues: 1) no one on God's green earth needs 4 entire cups of confectioner's sugar in this much icing (I used ~2.5 cups), and 2) after mixing, I found several solid yellow blackberry centers or "pits" (not real pits), which the recipe doesn't mention at all. I wish I'd removed these from the berries before adding them, they're too big and can be bitter.

I had to add some heavy cream, it was just too thick for my non-fancy mixer; and I only used just over 3 cups of icing sugar. Just a few tweeks, but it turned out great. I used it on my daughter's first birthday smash cake.
