- 2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 eggs
- 6 oz. yogurt (fat free chocolate flavored)
- 1 cup cherries
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Grease baking sheets; set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine, flour, cocoa powder, ginger, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat Promise® Buttery Spread with brown sugar 3 minutes or until creamy. Beat in yogurt and egg until blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in cherries and pecans.
- On prepared baking sheets, drop dough by 2-tablespoonfuls 4-inches apart. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set. On wire rack, cool 2 minutes; remove from sheets and cool completely.
