Pretty interesting. The flavor was lacking but I think next time, yes I will make it again, I have a few suggestions. 1) Add more tomatoes to make it more of a salsa. I thought about throwing them in a blender, but either way add more. 2) Add more seasoning.

This is the second time I’ve made this recipe and both times it has turned out great! I substituted ginger for cumin and cayenne pepper for the red pepper flakes.
