I love that this makes more of a concentrated syrup (specifies this on the website), rather than a drink. This means I can take this in a small container to a picnic and add icewater to it when I get there, so it doesn't get diluted until we are ready to drink it. I made this for our Memorial Day picnic-- it was perfectly refreshing-- everyone loved it! Just enough lemon and sweetness from the berries to make it irresistible! And the color is beautiful, too!
